Crab Cakes

100g crab meat
1 grissini bread stick, finely ground
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Grind grissini; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and form into patties. Coat each side of patty with grissini powder. Brown in non-stick skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
